Gary Rodak created MEI in 2003 to meet requests to develop cost saving and training programs.These programs offer process managers the guidance needed to improve the cost and performance of any metal cutting operation.Gary has been active in the metal cutting industry as a field engineer and technical service department manager for metalworking fluid formulators, tool designer, quality manager, product development manager and chemical commodity program manager.He holds a BSME from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is certified through SME as a Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) and through STLE as a Metalworking Fluid Specialist (CMFS).
